Hello, check fly apps move:

❯ fly apps move --help
The APPS MOVE command will move an application to another
organization the current user belongs to.

Usage:
  flyctl apps move [APPNAME] [flags]

Flags:
  -h, --help         help for move
  -o, --org string   The organization to operate on
  -y, --yes          Accept all confirmations

Global Flags:
  -t, --access-token string   Fly API Access Token
  -j, --json                  json output
      --verbose               verbose output
