SQLSTATE[08006] [7] connection to server at "top2.nearest.of.[namespace].internal" ([ipv6_address_here]), port 5432 failed: server closed the connection unexpectedly
This probably means the server terminated abnormally

Seems to happened randomly past hour.
Can’t figure out whether it’s an issue with some internal fly.io service.

In which region is your database and app? Is this still happening for you?

This has been happening to me at SCL in the Ment organization. We have some CPU peaks in the database that seems are not related to application requests.
