Stuck on "Opening encrypted volume"

It’s an app I don’t use often so I have scale to zero turned on. When I tried accessing it I saw these errors:

I tried to start a new deploy and I see this. It has been stuck for 8 hours on ‘opening encrypted volume’. What do I do? Support isn’t replying so hope to get some tips here :grin:

Machine has been in replacing state since that time as well.
