SSL & Fly Latency Issues - Tested with https://debug.fly.dev/

On a fresh browser session, it always takes about 1-1.5 seconds for the SSL connection to complete. Below is my https://debug.fly.dev/ output along with several screenshots of the ssl timing.

Is there anyway we can improve this as i see the same issue on my deployed apps (i have 4 apps and counting)?
