Hey, so quick update --I ran into the same hanging behavior you did after a few minutes. So that might not be the issue here.
In any case, I’d definitely recommend taking a look at the instance logs with fly machines status.
As a workaround, you might be able to get the information you need by passing your command to fly ssh console -C "your command"
