Site down - [CRITICAL] WORKER TIMEOUT in the logs

Hi Fly team,

Our site at is down and we have a [CRITICAL] WORKER TIMEOUT error in the logs. Is this likely to be related to the MAD networking issue ?

and the machine errors

I’m able to ssh into the app console and query the database so it’s not a database connection issue

It looks like the error is from gunicorn and I am not familiar with it.
It appears it has a timeout of 30s for request that are taking too long. Can you try tweaking that?

The MAD issue is only affecting servers in that region.
