Single instance restriction

Hello, I need to increase the number of instances, but now I get a message - Error Your organization is currently restricted to single instance apps only. Please contact us at to upgrade to larger instances.

Pls, remove this restriction. I need at least 3 active instances.

P.S. I sent letter to my support email yesterday, but still no answer. That’s why I am here.
