Singapore: lookup registry.fly.io: Temporary failure in name resolution

Hi,

VMs in Singapore (sin) region are seeing: pinging container registry registry.fly.io: Get "https://registry.fly.io/v2/": dial tcp: lookup registry.fly.io: Temporary failure in name resolution

Note that pulling a newly deployed image in sin worked, but my application running on that sin VM cannot pull an image itself (my custom podman container update logic). All other VMs in other regions still can resolve registry.fly.io.
