SIN Region machine(s) failing since morning incident

FRA region is working fine but SIN region is failing since the latest incident on This same error has happened in past. Email support never responds and no one ever comes to acknowledge issues and tends to resolve them. There is a haste to update status page about incident has already been resolved while its impact continues to hamper apps. This is probably 4th or 5th outage since March as users are getting the brunt of their clients.
