I was able to cluster app in a single region SIN with help from @chrismccord clustering phoenix app - #8, Today I launnched in 2nd region FRA and I am seeing this issue but then again I faced SIN Region machine(s) failing since morning fly.io incident - #2 by dar so not sure if this is due to that or inter region timeout on clustering and required some changes ?
