PostgreSQL 14.4 was just released and it fixed an issue with all versions of PostgreSQL 14 that can lead to silent corruption of indexes. Considering 14.3 just got release on flyio/postgres 2 days ago, will it be a while before 14.4 gets released? This is a potential serious issue and hopefully gets released ASAP.

How do I update my app ?
To see what version you’re on, you can run the following command:
fly image show --app <app-name>
This command will also provide instructions on how to upgrade if you’re on an earlier version.
