No machines

I’m new here.I try some times to deploy my application.But I get failed.
I read the docs to try to solve my problems.
I tried depoly from dashboard,then I try in cli. but i get failed all.
I don’t kown the No machines. Is it just meaning no machines or any other mistakes i make?
can anyone help me? Thanks.

There’s probably not enough information to help you here, Eric. Please add your .toml configuration file, and the command you are using. Consider enclosing them in a Markdown code block, so that they are readable.
