Our app went down seams to due current “Elevated GraphQL API issues” https://status.flyio.net/ The problem is that we can’t successfully build run new release since then. We are trying like 4 or 5 time to due so. Anyone experiencing this? Our clients are starting to get irritated and we can’t do anything. (build was passing on local and test env).
Just in the last 60 seconds I used machine clone in the London region:
Source machine is 91853115f2e468
Cloning Machine 91853115f2e468 into region lhr
Provisioning a new Machine with image registry.fly.io/sequoia-browser-test:deployment-01JW9M311T30SDR1JQC8YNBHCN...
Machine 91853110b537e8 has been created...
Waiting for Machine 91853110b537e8 to start...
No health checks found
Machine has been successfully cloned!
So, I think you’ll need to provide more information. Can you try a clone or create, get it to fail, and supply everything the reader would need to replicate your scenario?
Has it been established that the API issues could have taken down your app? The status report makes it sound like that’s a server-side error in the API stack, not a fundamental flaw that would stop cloud hosts from running.
In other words, I don’t know what problem your site has, but it may be worth considering that it failed of its own accord (e.g. out of memory error, overwhelmed by web request load, failed too many healthchecks, uncaught exception…)
