More proper formatting for flyctl commands that output lists of things

  • Add borders
  • Or maybe just replace tables that have a lot of columns with JSON output (as it could be more readable in these cases). I am biased to JSON output by default for lists of things because that’s what some AWS CLI commands do. Also, we should consider using less when the JSON output is long.
