Live logs are cleared automatically too often

I believe this is a bug, because live logs used to work great for me. Now there are several issues with them:

  • When I enter the live logs screen, it doesn’t display past logs, only “Waiting for logs…”. Looking at the Network tab in dev tools, the API returns logs correctly. They’re just not displayed.
  • The view refreshes by itself often and loses past logs. It resets to the “Waiting for logs…” line. Even though the API returns them.
  • Grafana is somewhat better than this view, but is not instant, and you have to wait for the logs to arrive.

Even a couple of months ago, this view worked perfectly well so I suspect some UI bug must have been introduced at some point. Is it possible for the team to take a look please?

might be a region issue? My app in sea doesn’t have any issues. I do agree that the UI framework they’re using is pretty clunky - eg it refreshes too often even if you trigger some click event unrelated to the logs.
