My app has been unable to connect to the database since 9:35pm BST. It’s still not able to connect now.
I notice there was a problem in LHR. Can someone have a look and let me know how to fix it?

I notice there was a problem in LHR. Can someone have a look and let me know how to fix it?
I ended up fixing it by restarting the database app. I wasn’t sure if that was a good idea or not but I read another post on here that recommended it.
Can someone from Fly recommend a way to prevent this in the future?
