Issue deploying in sin region, 504 errors

Running demo release_command: /app/bin/migrate
 
[143] Error: failed to update VM .....: request returned non-2xx status, 504

[144] Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

I frequently get this error and will appreciate any advice. Am on [sin] region.

It has nothing to do w my app as randomly, the github action does get through and deployment is successful

Furthermore i am unable to restart/start the machine

Error: could not start machine : failed to start VM : failed_precondition: machine getting replaced, refusing to start

Any advice.
