Issue accessing apps in the ORD region

Hi,

We just noticed that we weren’t able to access our apps in the ord region. I didn’t see any issues mentioned on the status page. We moved the apps to another region and everything seems to be fine now.

This happened to our apps last night. No errors or warnings in the logs, it just said the apps were shutting down. They wouldn’t come back up for 14 minutes, regardless of restart, scale, or a new deployment.
