Follow up as promised,
Had a chance to deploy a build to Heroku recently, It didn’t deploy automatically to Fly and after waiting for few hours I used Turboku.
Note: Fly’s deployment version number is +1 that of heroku, This happened because during the Chicago downtime I deployed multiple times due to failure.
