insufficient resources

Hi everybody.
I try to deploy an app and I’m getting this error:

Error: error creating a new machine: failed to launch VM: insufficient resources to create new machine with existing volume ‘vol_vl2XXXXXX’ (Request ID: 01JH7HWCW9N9VKCVF6FQKZ5MW1-lhr) (Trace ID: 94cdd7f0bfa9017e5577887ec0dddd36)

What is this error about and how to fix it? The same script was working yesterday, but failing now. I destroyed the old app and now trying to create a new one.

Update:
Tried with different regions, and same problem. I tried to clean up the app destroying the last volume I created, but it stays in Pending_destroy state for ever.

So the problem was the region. I tried with other few regions until It worked. :man_facepalming:
