Infra Log Summary: July 27th-August 2nd

We want it to be easy to figure out what’s happening with infrastructure and operations! So, you can read about our progress last week over on the infra-log

Here’s a summary:

  1. We had 3 incidents, all of which were around our GraphQL API.
  2. We rolled out opt-in granular bandwidth billing.
  3. We made some network optimizations for our partners
  4. Improved synthetic monitoring
  5. Kept on migrating workloads from old servers, which continues to show us issues, which helps our tooling. Rinse, repeat!
  6. We rolled out fallback routing fleet-wide!
  7. We simplified our status page to focus on answering the question, “is it my app, or something wrong at Fly!?”
