While I was able to deploy my app today (as part of the organization Client First), I am trying a new deploy with no success. I already deleted the builder a new one was created once I tried to deploy but the same error is happening.
Is there anything I could try?

It is getting timeout:
Error: release command failed - aborting deployment. error waiting for release_command machine to start: timeout reached waiting for machine to started failed to wait for VM in started state
I had a similar issue in the past, from another organization, and the fix was to upgrade the builder machine image (provided by Fly.io support), then spawn a new builder.
Closing this because it seems I am able to deploy again, even though, nothing was done on my end.
I am seeing a similar error today. In reality the app appears to be deploying correctly in my case despite the warning.
