Getting slow server response times in google Lighthouse

I’ve been doing some testing to my new app and Lighthouse is reporting slow server response times. Wondering what I can do to speed it up?

edit: I noticed when doing my lighthouse tests this showed up in the logs:

Instance reached connections hard limit of 25

Looks like its my DB - slow DB server :frowning:
