Same here too - have sent emails and opened support tickets, but nothing in reply yet, and we’re pretty urgently trying to get an instance setup.

Can I get some help lifting the GPU machine restriction from my account please? I’ve emailed billing@fly.io and haven’t received a response in over two weeks. Thanks
