fly version update stuck on v0.0.420 when updating to v0.0.424 (mac)

It looks like there is something broken with fly version update. It says there is a 424 version but I am stuck on 420.

Run "fly version update" to upgrade.

This is probably the same issue I reported here: Unable to upgrade flyctl from 0.0.420 to 0.0.422 - #2 by jsierles

Looks like 0.0.424 is not available for Homebrew yet.
