Fly Launch button via the new Github Launcher?

Are there plans to bring back the Fly Launch button using the new Github launcher experience?

I have an OSS Elixir Phoenix (1.17 compatible) repo that I’d like to feature a launch button on. I want to make the launch experience as easy as possible for new users.

If not, has anyone found an alternative solution?

Edit: Need is Phoenix only, no volumes or Postgres.
