As title says, building the app times out repeatedly while installing floki
3.018 * Getting floki (Hex package)
123.0 ** (exit) exited in: GenServer.call(:hex_fetcher, {:await, {:tarball, "hexpm", "floki", "0.36.0"}}, 120000)
123.0 ** (EXIT) time out
Attempting to fly deploy --local-only
causes segfault
Even more curiously, floki is only specified for the test environment and the builder is theoretically running mix.deps --only prod
{:floki, ">= 0.30.0", only: :test},
This is very odd, would you be able to share your fly.toml and your Dockerfile?
Here’s the fly.toml (it’s an umbrella app, and this is at the root)

And here’s the Dockerfile:

Also, FYI, removing floki from mix.exs allowed it to succeed but that’s obviously problematic long-term.
