@AkshitGarg I was able to run a deploy and my app is back up. Thanks for you prompt replies and help.
Notes that may help others:
fly deploy was timing out because the builder was not starting (?). I think it went down because of the incident.
So I destroyed the builder
fly destroy fly-builder-proud-silence-3351
Then ran a deploy which creates a new builder.
fly deploy
And the deploy was successful and my app is running again.
