I was deploying a Postgres instance up via flyctl
, when it stopped and said that my account has been automatically flagged by the internal fraud detection system. It’s also said to contact support@fly.io, but when I did, it just responded that that address was an unmonitored email inbox.
Frustrating chain of events aside, is there really no recourse available for this other than posting in the forum and waiting for a fly.io member to come by and unblock? I really wouldn’t mind ponying up for a higher tier plan if it comes to it, but ideally not before I’ve had a proper go at trying stuff out.
