Failed to pull image

Hi, my deployment failed in the pulling image stage. Just happened when I’m in a tight deadline. This is really frustrating. What I’ve done:

  1. Retry
  2. Delete builder and retry deployment

I’m using the latest version of flyctl (as I’m fresh-installing it in my Gitlab runner each time I deploy).

Still no luck. Anyone can help?

Ouch, sorry to hear that… A few people had success recently switching to the “backup registry” in a similar situation. (Granted, that particular thread was reporting errors in the push stage, as opposed to the pull one.)

hi @aarroisi it’s going to be easier for everyone to help if you can paste the output of your fly deploy command - otherwise it’s kind of difficult to tell why it failed.
