Error connecting my app to postgres

Hi Everyone,

I really need your help here. Earlier today I scaled up the machine running my app from 1 GB to 2 GB. However, I messed up and accidentally removed the old machine and replaced it with a new machine. The old machine is no longer accessible in the overview. Since moving to the new machine, I have problems connecting my app to the postgresql database.

What could be the issue and how do I fix it?
