Enveloop - No way to upgrade from Developer Plan

We have created an enveloop extension but there is no way to upgrade the plan and we have used the 100 email sends in the developer plan.

@jasonmccay - would you be able to help out here? The Pay as you go pricing is not automatically happening.

Enveloop::Error: You have reached your limit of 100 messages on the Developer plan

The Enveloop dashboard feels a bit buggy as well, last week the Monitoring tab was a blank page, this week the Shared Sections page loads “Something went wrong”.

It’s also very strange that failed API calls do not show up in the Message Log - it would appear that nothing bad is happening when something really bad is actually happening…

Should we be relying on Enveloop for production?

Daniel … thank for your note and patience today. Some of this is a repeat of what we shared on email, but capturing here to help others.

We corrected the deployment issue … when we rolled out the Fly integration a few days ago, we failed to set a provisioning flag for some accounts and it caused those accounts to deploy on our “Developer/Free” plan which has sending limits. We’ve corrected the affected accounts and all new accounts will deploy properly.

As with a beta, there were a couple of small edges that we did see – we corrected the Monitoring tab a few days ago. I will investigate why you are seeing an issue with one of your Shared Sections.

Good idea on placing API issues in the Message Log – we’ll get that added.

Thank you for this feedback.
