Does flycast count toward outbound bandwidth?

I have an nginx app proxy to another app at .flycast
I released all the public ip.
Will traffic from .flycast to my nginx proxy counts toward outbound bandwidth usage? Do I need to pay for it?

If they’re in the same region, no. However, bandwidth between regions always costs money, so if they’re in different regions you’ll be billed regardless of whether you’re using a .flycast or .internal address.

I managed to get them in the same region and notice the outbound bandwidth usage is drastically reduced.

However, I’m switching to unmetered VPS because $0.02/GB is still over the budget for my application.
