Do we need to restart an applications after adding regions?

If I do fly regions list I can see multiple active regions.

Region Pool:
ams
dfw
lax
sin
syd

Is the Fly app already running there or do I need to do fly restart?

You can run fly status to see where your app is running. To run in all five regions, you’d need to at least have done fly scale count 5.
