Deployment stalls with "vX is being deployed".

v106 has been deployed.

v seems to progress to “v is being deployed” and stops.

Since the above is the situation, I have tried running fly vm stop <id> and fly deploy --strategy rolling, but it does not change.

Also, when I run flyctl status, the vm does not show up.
It does not show up after some time.

How can I deploy?
Im using Volumes.

Im currently on V1, should I go to V2?
