Hello, on the morning of September 8th, I noticed that the hostnames for my custom domain have suddenly stopped working. Do you have any insights or ideas about what might have caused this issue?
That is interesting. What does <https://fly.io/apps/appname/certificates> say when you go there?
What is the domain name if you don’t mind me asking? You can check mxtoolbox for dns records to see if anything has changed recently.
Also if you need to recreate/setup the custom domain I believe you read through this - Custom Domains and SSL Certificates · Fly Docs - which should have the steps for createing the custom domain (after you delete the cert.)
It gave a You hit a Fly API error.
The problem is now solved. It was linked to Fly.io’s migration to the new v2 platform and the requirement to add in configs to handle our use case.
