Consistent failures in trying to add payment source

I’ve not been able to add a payment source to my organization. I attempted a couple times on Monday, and again this morning. Trying to add a payment source gives me a “Something went wrong when redirecting you to the payment session” error. I’m not sure whether is due to the recent API outage, or whether it’s something more fundamental.
