Consistent failures in trying to add payment source

I’ve not been able to add a payment source to my organization. I attempted a couple times on Monday, and again this morning. Trying to add a payment source gives me a “Something went wrong when redirecting you to the payment session” error. I’m not sure whether is due to the recent API outage, or whether it’s something more fundamental.

We found that your customer was not properly set on Stripe and we fixed that, would you mind trying again?
