Connect to Postgres replicas externally

I have a multi-nodes Fly Postgres cluster (1 primary, 2 replicas). I wonder whether there is any way to connect to the replicas for read externally. This guide only describes connecting internally in the same network. I also don’t see this gets mentioned in the external connection guide.
