Free plan clarification

This question comes up a lot. There has to be a better way to communicate it. Maybe something like: All plans are based on usage, but indicate a minimum spend. A minimum spend of $29/month gets email support, etc. Other than the legacy hobby plan, there is a minimum of $5/month for each organization. There is free allowance of 3x256MB machines for each organization. There is a one-time $5 credit to try out the services.
