As the title says, I encountered a high-risk account warning. I followed the instructions and added my card, knowing that this was only to verify my account. I was confident that the refund would happen sooner or later. But after 3 days, it still hasnt come.
Im not sure if I dreamt it but initially, i saw it the $10 back to my account after minutes or so but upon opening my bank application, i saw the deduction only.
