Currently my db lives in ‘mad’ region but I would like to move it to other region. Is it possible to do it without any loss of data? I have tried to clone my db app machines to other region and then change the primary region in fly toml config of my db app but it would break the website db is connected to.

Any chance you could elaborate on how changing the primary region would break the website db? Which database are you using? Fly Postgres?
