Can't deploy, SJC out of capacity again, maybe?

Fly deploy fails with:

Platform: machines
✓ Configuration is valid
--> Verified app config
==> Building image
WARN Failed to start remote builder heartbeat: You hit a Fly API error with request ID: 01H2XXWNQH8D8GAH3E7PEN3CM6-sjc
Error: failed to fetch an image or build from source: You hit a Fly API error with request ID: 01H2XXWPD78HJAS43QYYGA5PZ1-sjc

Based on searching in this forum, it seems like the error “Failed to start remote builder heartbeat: You hit a Fly API error with request ID” means that the region is out of capacity. Is SJC in fact out of capacity even though status.fly.io is reporting everything green? Or is something else going on?

Remote builders are working again without me doing anything, so I guess it was a transient API or SJC capacity issue? Kind of stressful to not see anything about it reflected on status.fly.io, though.
