Cannot connect or proxy redis

Error: returned error 500 Internal Server Error: {“errors”:[{“message”:“You hit a Fly API error with request ID: id-here-fra”,“extensions”:{“code”:“SERVER_ERROR”,“fly_request_id”:“id-here-fra”}}],“data”:{}}
I cannot see a way to solve it.
Any idea?

I also got the same same error.

Commands that I have tried

  • flyctl redis connect
  • flyctl redis status <my-redis-db-name>

I tried connecting to two of my fly.io accounts (one by one) but I got the same error as reported by Pedrov above.

However, the list command worked: flyctl redis list.

Can we get this sorted quickly, please? I have a product app deployed on a fly cloud and I desperately need to debug some client facing issue.
