Much like ChildishGambino’s problem here, my dashboard is inaccurate. I have purchased billing credit that is not showing up in my current balance. Additionally, my account status is listed as Trial Mode and I’m shown as being on the Trial Plan regardless of the fact that I’ve had this organization and app for years. I should be on the Legacy Hobby Plan (I believe, the new plans have kind of confused me.)
@jfent I’ve emailed billing@fly.io and we’ve had some incremental success but I haven’t heard anything back for days and my ability to update my app has been broken for over a week. My organization’s dashboard now shows me in the Hobby Plan (which should be Legacy Hobby, but whatever) and my credits appear to be appropriately credited:
However, I still can’t update my app or deploy. Here is what I see in the logs:

I do not have a credit card that I can use, I only have pre-paid cards. According to the billing documentation that should be still be fine.
My organization is henry-york-protonmail-com. I’ve passed all of this information on to billing@fly.io. Is there anything else I can do to resolve this? We’re approaching the weekend and I’d really like to be able to update my app this week!
