App stopped working due to "could not wake up machine due to a timeout requesting from the machines API"

The last time we deployed this app was 7 days ago.

It worked well until a couple of hours ago, when we got reports that app is down, and browser was returning ERR_CONNECTION_RESET .

These were the logs from the Fly app:

I added some extra credits, in case that is the issue, but nothing changed. Then I scaled down from 2 to 1 machine, thinking that might help, but that also didn’t change anything. Finally I redeployed and that helped!

So the app works now, but I don’t have a good idea what caused this, which is of course not great → would appreciate any help in figuring this out!
