app is dead, no logs appearing on fly.io, showing successful deployment in github actions

we recently created two new PR branches:
both of them successfully deployed via github actions, but are not working:

we were creating branches yesterday and had no problems, we have not changed any code related to the deployment process

Are these Machine apps? Btw, is your code open source?
