App down, won't load after deploying this am

Can someone please help, after deploying my app this am, it is now unresponsive?

the logs are saying…

waiting for machine to be reachable on 0.0.0.0:3000 (waited 6.688688095s so far)

should the ip address be 0.0.0.0:3000??
