Hello, it looks like my account (under a different email) was deleted and I can no longer access. Unfortunately, the only way I can make contact i through Community Support. I’ve had an account for at least 2 years. No notice was provided prior to termination. My website is gone.
Hi… For account questions you can actually contact billing@fly.io, , which doesn’t require a support plan (unlike the other email addresses).
This is generally a better option than the community forum, particularly when the specifics of your account are involved.
