502 bad gateway, even in fly.io website

I’m seeing degraded performance in all my fly.io apps, but also on the fly.io hosted site.

I’m having the same issue here in LHR region. My machines are in perfect state but the proxy is not really thinking it. It started for no reason and with no changes on my side
All our website is down. Please, can we be informed on the issue resolution ?

Thanks,
Eliot

We’ve confirmed some network congestion and packet loss between the proxy and machines within the mad region from 2024-10-25T01:15:00Z2024-10-25T08:25:00Z and again since 2024-10-25T12:30:00Z, we’ve escalated the issue to our upstream network provider and they’re working on a resolution.

Thanks Will, for the follow up! An update on the status.flyio.net will be cool, since we can “confirm” these issues to our clients through our own status sites.

This is still an issue on mad, I have a machine there that restarts fine but network traffic is not coming through. Any update?

the application I am testing on this platform is suddenly giving this error:

GET https://sta.tutellus-io.tutellus.dev/assets/index-B-Hjdtlp.js net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR 200 (OK)

could this be related to this problem?
