Why has my account been marked as High Risk?

Hello, I creating new account and want to try the free account from fly.io. I already sign and use my credit card but why my account get high risk I never do something wrong.

I would guess it is either your IP range has been flagged as the source of spam/DoS traffic, or your source country has a high level of fraud generally. These things are not meant to attribute negative behaviour to you personally.
